A real-estate note is a written promise to repay a loan associated with real estate.
How the planned process would work
- 1. Introductory conversation. A short, no-obligation exchange of questions and answers about the note you hold.
- 2. Basic note information. You share general details about the note. No documents, borrower identifiers, or payments are collected here.
- 3. Connection for review. BIND introduces you to prospective note buyers, who review the note and decide for themselves.
Prospective buyers evaluate each note on their own and make their own offers on their own terms. BIND does not buy notes, set prices, or guarantee an offer or a sale, and does not give financial, legal, or tax advice.
